Toni is a remarkable woman who has achieved stunning results through her commitment to change. From the start, she has been actively seeking and learning about proper nutrition and sustainable weight loss. Despite the potential doubt and uncertainty of working with a stranger online and starting a fitness journey, Toni was eager and ready to trust the process.
Since January 2022, Toni has been participating in weekly one-hour online personal training sessions, as well as a daily 10-minute exercise routine and a well-balanced diet, primarily consisting of complex carbohydrates, high-quality proteins, and fats. Toni is eager to learn, and during our sessions, she takes notes on exercises she particularly likes to perform on her own. She has consistently applied every tip and advice given to maximize exercise benefits and proper nutrition, resulting in a gradual and steady weight loss.
Toni always trusts and applies every advice given and reaches out if she has any questions. Her approach to weight loss is not based on restriction or punishment, but rather on enjoyment. She enjoys her meals and workouts and her energy levels have skyrocketed, allowing her to be more active and burn more calories throughout the day. Together, we have set achievable goals from the beginning, and we are consistently hitting them all one by one.
According to health guidelines, a healthy and well-balanced weight loss should be around 500 grams per week or 2 kilograms per month. Toni's progress is a testament to this, as she started at 131 pounds (59 kilograms) in January 2022 and reached 109 pounds (49 kilograms) by May 2022, resulting in a total weight loss of 10 kilograms.
